Lower Pinn Farm i s a working farm of over 220 acres offering Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
It has three comfortable spaciour bedrooms, with en suite facilities. All bedrooms are equipted for making hot drinks, coloure television, clock radio, electric blankets, shaver points and central heating throughout. Guests are welcome to use the sitting room, hearty traditional English Breakfast is served in the dining room on seperate tables. Guests have their own keys and may return at any time throughout the day.
Sit on the patio and watch the Swallows swoop in and out of the barns. Walk across the fields and see the birds of the prey with the unsurpassed views along the coast and inland to Dartmoor. There is ample off-road parking.
Lower Pinn is situated two miles to the west of the unspoilt seaside resort of Sidmouth and one mile to the east of the pretty village of Otterton in an area offically deemed to be one of outstanding natural beauty. If you enjoy walking there are many cliff and country walks, with fields extending to the Costal Path. The resorts of Sidmouth, Seaton, Lyme Regis, Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth are nearby, as are many good inns and resterants for evening meals.
